12 Week Push, Pull, Legs Program (with form tutorial vids)
This program split is a 3 days on with one day off to rest, then you repeat. I created this program to help you build muscle naturally. It can be used for cutting or bulking. It's for 12 weeks, but I would like you to do this for atleast a year (no less than 6 months).
Please do not buy this program if you don't have a gym membership. I created this program for people who are not afraid of compound movements and have equipment (cables, dumbbells, etc) available to them.

Day 2: Pull Day (back, traps, and biceps)
Day 3: Leg Day (quads, hams and calves)
Day 4: take a rest day, then start back at day one
